Endoscopy.in is our exclusive online platform, tailor-made for endoscopists in India. We are dedicated to empowering you with a wealth of resources, connecting endoscopists with top-tier manufacturers, and fostering collaboration within the endoscopy community.
As per the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, (DPDP Act) “personal data” means any data about an individual who is identifiable by or in relation to such data. We are the Data Fiduciaries for the purposes of the DPDP Act for the Personal Data you share with us on the Platform. At the same time if you are having interactions with other registered members, you become Data Fiduciaries and your interactions with them out of this platform is not under the scope of this Notice.
In order to provide the Services as set out in the Terms of Use, we will require you to provide Yagna Med Solutions with certain personal data or information that personally identifies you ("Personal Data"). Personal Data includes the following categories of information:

The Personal Data provided by you are stored on our cloud servers with whom we have appropriate agreements and technical safeguards. The data is stored in a Web hosting server managed by the third party and the data protection measures are managed by them.
All your Personal Data provided by you, except upon withdrawal of your consent provided to us shall be retained by us as long as it is required to be retained under Applicable Law.
Upon withdrawal or termination of your account with us, we will delete information based on a request received from you within a reasonable period and latest within 180 days of receiving a deletion request.

Yagna Med Solutions will acknowledge receipt of your complaints or grievances within 24 hours of receipt of your complaint or grievances. Yagna Med Solutions will redress your complaint or grievances within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of your complaints or grievances.
